Fancy Picnic was launched in 2023 as a boutique craft services company (formerly Crafty Crafty.) We’re still very boutique but we’ve grown to offer - craft services, breakfast catering, espresso bars, wrap party catering, and green room spreads & riders.

We’re based out of New York but we’re happy to get to frequent Atlanta and Los Angeles - and we’d welcome traveling anywhere else in between.

We’ve worked on photoshoots and commercials for several brands and on shows for Amazon, Hulu, Bravo, Fox, and the Food Network. We’re in the business of bringing joy and stretching budgets - we know how to do both.

Fancy Picnic is operated by a former production coordinator and every member of our team has a background in the film industry - so we know firsthand the difference crafty and catering makes to the energy and functionality of a production. So we’ll do our best to help make the shoot a good one.

Whether it be serving you a cappuccino when you walk on set, a smoothie before lunch, or a charcuterie board to end on a good note, we are RTS you.
